Zoe Matthews is an capacity development expert with 18 years experience in teaching, training, research and curriculum development, and the founder of Art Resilience Consulting. She believes in the power of the collective in the protection and empowerment of vulnerable populations, enhancement of human capital and breaking down systemic barriers to shared prosperity. She also co-founded a not-for-profit organization in Myanmar called Mote Oo Education in 2013, which provides curriculum and teacher training services to post-secondary education projects in Myanmar as well as on the Thai-Myanmar border.
