About the event
This 10-week workshop series is specifically designed for professionals working in the field of recruitment and human resources. The series aims to deepen participants understanding of gender, moving away from a traditional binary approach to gender and understanding gender as a social and power relation. We will discuss gender discrimination in the workplace across the specific contexts of participants work environment. After transforming participants understanding of gender we will be able to conduct a gendered analysis of leadership, unpacking leadership through a gendered lens and discussing the barriers that different genders face when accessing leadership positions. The final goal is that participants can find pathways to increase gender equality in leadership practices within their organization.
The workshop series will begin on October 4th running for a duration of 10 weeks and will consist of a total of 14 hours of live zoom classes, 1-1 mentoring and accesses to learning resources.Â
